Doesnt work!!! So many things wrong!

1. The find my phone when you shake chip doesnt work.
2. The find in the map feature doesnt work.
3. The sound isnt that loud when you send a signal to the chip.
4. There are no instructions anywhere (even on the website). (Like what do the numbers mean near a connected chip? Its not the degree you have to turn.)
5. They have no customer service and dont respond to emails.
