Doesnt work and no answer to email questions.

I bought 5 of these for my animals. I had them for about a week before they stopped working. Emailed on the chipolo website several times without a single response. Im in marketing and have made sure to pass the word around about how they dont work and how they ignore problem emails.
This was originally written over a year ago and they still dont work and customer service hasnt answered probably around 20 emails. Avoid this company.
