Superlative customer service.

I gave this 5 star rating for the customer service... I have encountered few companies that place so much importance on customer service as Chipolo.

I bought the original Chipolo to put on my Phantom (drone) in case it went down in the forest, I thought I could locate it again. Well, I had the opportunity to test this out 2 weeks ago. My bird crashed into a tower and went down... I searched and searched... the ap kept telling me it was close... i tried to have it beep but couldnt hear it... and the map on the display was not very specific... eventually after checking the flight log... I was able to find the approximate position she went down... then I heard it... very faintly - "Its here... its here somewhere"... again very faintly... eventually found it.

I emailed Chipolo who were very sympathetic and told me they were coming out with a new version... They sent me the new version for my frustration... Amazing... many KUDOS to you guys for your top rated support 5*

ALSO: The new one arrived today and the sound is MUCH louder...
