Always has a notification on which is annoying. I have a chipolo on my keys, and when I open the app it shows me the keys are at my home address... Thanks, Tips.

Hi guys, I just have just received my Chipolo. Currently running on iOS8, the Chipolo app doesnt save my location when keys are away, the shake the keys function doesnt work either. And to finish, the range calculator between the smartphone and the device is inaccurate.

The last update crash after the sign in/create an account screen. Accordingly, its impossible to use my Chipolo. ------ Edit 13.12.2014 Update 2.0.1 solved the issue. Thanks to the Chipolo support team. Local translation would be more than welcome in the following version.

I am running the latest version of the Chipolo app on iPhone4S(7.1). Same as with the last versions the app does not work reliable. That is, it seems that if you dont use the app for a certain time it does not anymore automatically connect to the Bluetooth chip. I noticed that with my only Chipolo which I placed in the car. And during daily 15min car rides the app/iPhone does not connect automatically if I havent used the app for some time. The app is still available in the AppSwitcher and background updates are activated for this app.

Why do I need to create an account to use my chipolos?

Suddenly I need an account otherwise my Chipolos are useless!! Impossible!! I tried to set up one but never got a confirmation mail even if the App mentioned mail sent. Guys you move backwards!!

Chipolo and my iPhone are in the same Pocket. But the Chipolo App shows me its location about 30km away in my Office! Support isnt responding to my questions. Asolutely no recommendation!

I have 3 Chipolos set up for my device. Unfortunately at least two are disconnected most of the time. Hence, useless.

Guys thanks for updating your app to be a little more useful. However the fact that you make the "add chipolo" page first every time you open the app really shows you care about money, not customer experience. Make it a small button on every chipolo page. Why do I have to swipe over every time I need to use the app. Useless.

This product is amazing! Couldnt live without it. I havent lost my keys or my phone since I put it on...which keeps me sane and saves me time. I highly recommend this to anyone who misplace their valuables. Super easy interface and connectivity.

Ordered 6 devices. Despite advertising that the battery lasts "up to 6 months" it lasts on average of 3-4 weeks. The batteries are not cheap but even if they were who wants to change them every month? Ive replaced my battery 5 times in 4 months. The devices are also cheaply made and flimsy. They randomly chirp when moved, open up easily and have unpredictable range. It is supposed to send you the last known location when out of range but that only works half the time. There seems to be a major software bug causing these battery issues but there has been no fix for it even after being on the market for many months. Dont waste your money on these things.

The product does exacly what it suppose to do! Plus and a big plus,the customer service is A1, does guys are sharp and really up to date !

I bought three of these recently (one for me and two for my spouse). We love the idea and they come in handy as shes always putting her keys/wallet/phone down and forgetting where it is. However its killing our the battery life on our phones. I have an iPhone 6plus and she has an iPhone 6. Chipolo is regularly showing up as using 15-40% battery over a 24 hour span for both of us, and overnight if her iPhone 6 isnt plugged in it will be dead by morning. I use plenty of other Bluetooth devices and other apps that rely on background geotag updates (Canary, Hue, etc) and have never had this type of issue before.

Like this device for quickly finding my keys and now it works in reverse and can help find my phone. Great update. Thanks!

İts perfect but its have to be updated for ios new background app management.

Please add the ability to add names to each Chipolo.
