I love my chipolo!! It helps me find my list items faster. I have two chipolos. One for my keys/phone and the other for my sunglasses. I was constantly forgetting where I placed my phone and sunglasses. I love the feature that even if my phone is on silent I am still able to locate it. I always tell my friends and family when they are looking for their lost items that if they had a chipolo they would be able to find it.

Why is it necessary to keep geofence on all the time? killing iPhone battery.

This hardware is extremely flawed as it eats the battery like crazy and becomes unusable. Ive bought SIX batteries for this in the last four months. When I really need it, it doesnt work. "Address not found".

Wont pair up with my phone. Been trying for a week straight.

Im super busy / always in a rush and could never find my keys or Iphone, which used to be a nightmare until I bought my first Chipolo. Now Im out of the door on time and avoiding crazy traffic! Just bought the family pack so my high school son is able to keep his stuff on schedule too. AI aso like the super friendly and efficient customer service from Chipolo. I had a question which they answered quickly and instantly applied a discount to my order. No hesitation in rating five stars - great product and great team!

Save your money.

Easiest company to ask for warranty. In 2 mails was completed no questions asked. Way to go!! ???? Works great!!

I have tried various versions of these devices over the years and Chipolo is, hands down, the winner. Not only do the devices (I have four of them) actually work, but their telephone support is terrific.

At first it worked just fine, for one week only. It never fell or exposed to water. I replaced the battery but still nothing happened. I dont recommend it at all.

I deleted the app after 3 days because it wouldnt stop beeping! I hope the app software will be updated as well as firmware. This was a free gift and I did not buy.

I gave this 5 star rating for the customer service... I have encountered few companies that place so much importance on customer service as Chipolo. I bought the original Chipolo to put on my Phantom (drone) in case it went down in the forest, I thought I could locate it again. Well, I had the opportunity to test this out 2 weeks ago. My bird crashed into a tower and went down... I searched and searched... the ap kept telling me it was close... i tried to have it beep but couldnt hear it... and the map on the display was not very specific... eventually after checking the flight log... I was able to find the approximate position she went down... then I heard it... very faintly - "Its here... its here somewhere"... again very faintly... eventually found it. I emailed Chipolo who were very sympathetic and told me they were coming out with a new version... They sent me the new version for my frustration... Amazing... many KUDOS to you guys for your top rated support 5* ALSO: The new one arrived today and the sound is MUCH louder... Thanks again...

This app is designed well and works as intended. One gripe is the need for location services to run "always". This is not needed. The app and chipolo device can work just fine with the option "while using" the app. This will prevent the battery from being depleted. When you open the app, the app can then use your location to find the device. It doesnt need to constantly run. This is an amateur decision by the product team. Please add the option to have location service "while using" to your app. Thanks.

I have tried many different brands of Bluetooth finders! Hands down Chipolo is the best Bluetooth finder ! Works great ...outstanding 24/7 live human support ! They stand behind product and help with any issue you may encounter! Tile has a bigger user base but they provide almost zero support when something goes wrong ! The out of range notices are the best , they keep you from leaving your item behind !

I dont know if its because of Christmas and an overload of download times, but I cant even get this app to start downloading.

I really like my Chipolo, but ever since I installed this app I get the occasional phantom notification where my phone will vibrate with the ringer off, or chime when the ringer is on. It is very intermittent when it happens, and there is no visual notification present. It went off three times one night when I was sleeping. I narrowed it down to it being caused by this app based on timing when it started and when I installed it, and it doesnt happen when I have the notifications turned off for this app. Please put out an update with a fix! Thanks!

Excellent little device. Tag your keys your pet your TV remote or anything you want. Range is exceptional. Sound is appropriate. I know I will save lots of time using this.

Purchased several trackers and I am impressed at how well they work. But what is even more impressive is the Chipolo customer support. I contacted them via chat and they walked me through the steps to correct my issue.

I had some technical issues with my chipolo and immediately they sent me a replacement! Great customer service

Great product for the money. Customer service and support is excellent. Had a problem with the initial unit and received replacement in three days.

received a chipolo as a gift - had some problems getting it to connect and text support was great and fast - turned out the retailer had older models in stock and chipolo asked if id like to mail back to exchange for a new one. i declined and appriciated the offer.
